Exchanges:

Exchanges are granted up to 30 days after delivery of an item.

  • If items delivered are defective or non-functional. ToolsBoltsNBits will replace them with equal or similar items of equal value.
  • All request for exchanges must be submitted within 30 days after delivery of an Item.
  • All exchange will require a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) from ToolsBoltsNBits. + Contact ToolsBoltsNBits for this number
  • TBNB, Inc., assumes no responsibility for the shipping charges associated with the exchange.
  • Items that have been opened and/or used will be subject to a restocking charge.
  • No returns after 30 days- (holiday exceptions)

Returns and Cancellations:

ToolsBoltsNBits offers a 30 day return policy.

  • Freight is not refundable.
  • Subject to a processing fee of 30% to cover administration and other cost.
  • You must obtain a RGA@(Returns Good Authorization) by contacting ToolsBoltsNBits
  • In order to avoid additional fees, the item being returned must be unused and it the original packaging.
  • Used consumable items (bits, blades, etc.) are not returnable unless manufacture determines the product is defective. Shipping is at your expense.
  • All request for refunds must be submitted within 30 days after delivery of an item. Items sent to ToolsBoltsnBits after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • If an Item appears to be damaged in shipment, ToolsBoltsNBits must be notified with in 3 business days after receiving the package. If it has been damaged we will begin a claim with the courier and assist you in replacing your item.
  • No returns after 30 days (holiday exceptions)

Tool Repair:

TBNB, Inc., has some of the best repair technicians for repair of your corded, cordless, and pneumatic tools in the business. With 15 years experience of repair tools, our technicians are highly qualified to repair you tools quickly. Our repair center will work on almost any tool, whether you purchased it from ToolsBoltNBits or not. Please feel free to contact us for any of your questions. We charge a 29.00 inspection fee for diagnosing the repair and contact you by e-mail. If the tool is repaired, the inspection fee will be waived.

  • If the cost of repair is more the half the cost of a comparable new tools, the customer will be notified, we recommend buying a new one
  • All repair quotes DO NOT include freight.
  • We can supply do-it- yourselfers with advice and the proper repair parts.
